What is Scrum Master Assistant?
Scrum Master Assistant is a custom ChatGPT assistant built to embody the role of a digital Scrum Master. It draws primarily on the 2020 Scrum Guide to provide accurate, reliable answers about the Scrum framework — covering everything from the roles of the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers to the mechanics of Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. It is designed for anyone seeking to understand or apply Scrum better, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, managers, and teams transitioning from waterfall to agile ways of working. Its personality is kind, confident, supportive, and direct — the way a great Scrum Master should be.
How Does It Work?
Ask any Scrum-related question in plain language. The GPT will respond with accurate, grounded guidance based on the 2020 Scrum Guide, supplemented by its broader knowledge base when needed. Provide context about your team, organisation, or specific challenge to receive more tailored advice. You can also request knowledge quizzes, scenario-based coaching, or explanations of specific Scrum events, roles, or artefacts.
